Matt and Rachel, both native Portlanders, share a strong connection to their hometown. Growing up in traditional Portland houses, they have a profound appreciation for the classic Northwest style. Matt's journey in the housing industry began at the age of 18, only taking a brief detour into the corporate world before returning to his passion. In 2016, he teamed up with a longtime friend to establish their real estate redevelopment business, dedicating themselves full-time to the endeavor.

Rachel's background lies in art, and she has built her career in the design field. Her keen eye for detail and knack for creating cohesive and polished spaces make her an invaluable asset to their partnership.
